UK Shipping – Deliveries up to 25 Kilos normally within 2 working days via courier service £8.95 to £10.95 (depending on where you are in the UK). Should these costs increase Safety Training Woodworking reserve the right to charge the higher price at the time of shipment.

Dates quoted for delivery are subject to confirmation at the time any order is placed. Such dates are not to be of the essence of the contract and Safety Training Woodworking will not be liable for loss or damage occasioned by delay nor shall the customer have any right to impose penalties or to cancel the order for delay from any cause.
Inspection
Every effort is made to ensure goods are delivered complete and undamaged, however, it is the customers responsibility to check the order is complete and undamaged on receipt of goods. Any shortages/defects must be reported to Safety Training Woodworking immediately upon receipt of goods.
Shortages
Should any consignment be incomplete, please contact us immediately upon receipt.
Damaged Goods
Should you receive any damaged goods this should be notified to us immediately and we will arrange replacement of any such item.
Returns Policy
Returns are only accepted by prior agreement with Safety Training Woodworking.
Should your purchase be unsuitable and you wish to return them to us for a credit or to exchange then the following conditions will apply
- Goods must be returned within seven working days from receipt of the same in the original manufacturers packaging
- All items must be returned unused and undamaged and be of a saleable condition to obtain a refund.
- Carriage charges for unwanted items will be at your expense
- Transport packaging should be sufficient for the method of carriage. We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by your carrier
- Your return will be accompanied by a proof of purchase.
